[Resolved]  India Post — parcel stuck at bangalore fgn sub post

Address: Bangalore, Karnataka

Dear sir/madam,

I had sent a documents parcel/package from sydney on 23rd nov 2019. The package was dispatched from mumbai airport sorting office on 2nd dec 2019 via air. The destination mentioned when i track the package is bangalore sub fgn post. Its been more than 10 days and there is no change in status.

Its almost 20 days and the package is yet to be delivered. Can you please look into and let me know the reason for delay.
