India Post — parcel stuck at fpo, kolkata since 11th jan 2020

I tried contacting their (Kolkata fpo, customs) number[protected]/35 multiple times but no one is answering the calls.
Tracking number of the parcel is rf[protected]sg.
It's been more 6 days but there is no update on the status of the parcel.
