India Post — Parcel stuck for 3 weeks at IGI TMO New Delhi

My package has been stuck at IGI TMO New Delhi from 10.08.23 the last 7 days at igi(TMO). I chose Air parcel so that it could reach USA quickly but the opposite is happening. Can you please help me with this problem or solve this? The parcel is very urgent that needs to be delivered. Parcel BAR code CT[protected]IN.
