India Post — Parcels stuck

Address:Zalen veng, bazartlang

Dear Sir,

I have made an order on Aliexpress at 14th september 2020 and 25th September 2020 .. Both my parcels with tracking no PR[protected]YP and PR[protected]YP has been stuck at SILCHAR TMO. Its shows that item dispatched at 24th Oct and 4th November.. but till today my package not received yet.. I dont know what to do. I am so worried .. please can you hlep me.
