India Post — passport not delivered due to insufficient address

My passport was not delivered due to insufficient address even when the address was properly given and verified by the police verification.What should I do to get it delivered?

Address is correct as I have given my adhar address. Adhar got delivered then why not this. I went I post office on 14 which it was redirected to however it was not received by the post office.
