I L.R.Tharani w/o R Har Prasad lost my post office, pass books... I am from hosur tamilnadu. . My daughters n mine 2 books are missing.. Its been last 3 months im struggling to get my pass books back... Please provide necessary information to get it back...

As i referred the post office and explained them about my lost of pass books. One of the madam in post office explained me to file a case in online to get back my lost pass books.

Please let me have necessary information like how to get pass books please... Its already been 4 or 5 months i need to deposit in my daughters account monthly.. I am worried lot.

Waiting for the best feed back and also in short time...

My parcel with tracking number arrived at Kolkata around 12th April 2019 according to the tracking status. But I still haven't received it. Tracking number is RW[protected]CN and RV[protected]CN.

I m gagandeep singh my package with tracking number rb[protected]sg is stuck at dimc new delhi 110002 since 6/may/2019, they never attempted to deliver the package nor called me.

The package was imported via aliexpress so i am pretty sure my contact number is mentioned on the package.

When i track my speed post no.in india postal, the above speed post will retuned for insufficient address, i have received many postal letters this address but first time the speed post will returned, i have mentioned my phone no. Also on that letter so please kindly resend my speed post

Hello sir! My name is bajrang saran and i am from village nandiya khurd, teh. Baori, jodhpur, rajasthan. I applied for my atm card three months ago. But my card is not delivered till now.
When i went bank and ask them about it then they give me consignment no of speed post of my atm card. When i checked the status of my speed post, i found that my atm was delivered at about 2 months before to my regional post office. So i called the...

Sir i opened a apy account linked with sb ac no: [protected] - in rayakottai post office tamilnadu -635116. Then i asked to issue pran no for the above apy account the concerned post officer didnot give pran no and told that there is no pran no. Sir this is wrong and it is clear that 12 digits pran should be given to the subsriber when apy is opened. Without pran i cannot down load pran card and as well as to know apy status kindly resolve and pran to be issued to me

I had nss 1987 a/c [protected] at chromepet s. O. Under jurisdiction of tambaram hpo. The a/c was closed on 6-5-19 due to misguidance from staff at s. O saying that they had instructions to close the a/c mandatorily for which i submitted closure form etc. They closed the a/c and deducted [protected]@, 10% for which no certificate/letter was issued till date despite remainders by mail to dotambaram. [protected]@indiapost.gov and pg. [protected]@indiapost.gov.in.
Kindly issue suitable advice to competent authority for issuing itdc with out delay and correspondence.

Running from pillar to post for transfer of my ppf account in frazer town post office to canara bank cox town to centralise my financial to one branch. Post states they cannot transfer. Please assist as i need to get it done. They are saying only post office to post office is possible or to sbi bank. And at the moment they cannot do any transfers. Whenever i ask they keep saying same thing. Please assist me in getting this done

I dilipkumar manilal joshi of palanpur beg to complaint against staff of head post office, palanpur district banaskantha pin no, 385001 that my mis of 9 laks as well as rd more than 4 lakh are due for payment since last two months but staff of post office as well as post master mr. Solanki is not giving cheque wich is more than 14 lakhs and first they said we have not cheque book and now since 28/05/2019 they have received cheque books but reply that as and when cheque will ready we will handover but no any time limit that when they handover cheque. I am senior citizen aged 64 years but in post office staff behavior with senior citizen like dog or bagger. So plz do needful in the matter.

But when tracked online, the consignment no. Em[protected]in is shown last updated on 30.05.2019 as following :

Sir, this updation regarding the consignment is quite confusing and shows that consignment is lost in transit because of negligence by indiwn postal department. The consignment has not been delivered till date. When enquired with bhubaneswar gpo, they are not giving any satisfactory answer.

My post office is chalakudy in kerala. This is the second time the postman mr. Babu returns my documents. He returns it as he doesn’t know address or some little mistakes in locality. But personality he knows me and i don’t know why he is repeating the same. Now i have an emergency to get cheque book from sbi and he returned that to the bank. Now i have to spend alot of money to correct my matters because of do not get the cheque. Please do necessary steps to give the right for me as an indian citizen

My dad sent a parcel from india and the carrier said it will take about 10-12 days and now its over a half month and the tracker shows its still in india. India post is the worst way to send something to a foreign country. I better had it through my friend. May be the tracking has not been updated because it shows that the parcel is still in delhi from the last 15 days. I just want you to let me know what is the exact location of my parcel and when will it reach the desired destination?

Hey my self komal, it has been more than 3 days since the bag was despatched from palam tmo to new delhi rs tmo. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the deliverd location at dilkusha lucknow or has lost in transition? I have sent some urgent ayurvedic medicines from pune to usa by speed post. Parcel tracking number is em[protected]in. Status on indiapost website is showing item delivered on 9th may and signed by m patil, but i never received any parcel. I raised a complaint to india post complaint number: [protected], but still getting update as item delivered.

Please suggest what to do. The overall package cost was almost 15000 inr.

My parcel(Tracking number : CF[protected]AU) was supposed to deliver yesterday but later it was marked as "undelivered : wrongly directed, redirect tomorrow" on yesterday evening and even today.
My question is, if somehow Pin Code is not mentioned by the sender, please include on the parcel(mine is ISI PO, Kol-108)
And does GPO directly deliver to address or it sent to local PO?.

My self anshul my bhartiya axa card is posted by bhartiya axa company the postman call me that your card is on my hand come and take it from 3 km from my residencial address this is not the way to post the document and said that "agar aa rahey ho to aa jao nahi toh lekar ja raha hun" the contact no that post man is [protected] this is not the way of indian post.

My speed post item was dispatched on 28/05/19 at 11.13am from bidhan nagar ib market so. The tracking details was provided that the item is booked. After that there is no further information about the item. I am not able to know about the current status of the item.
The whole purpose of tracking details is failed if it is not updated regularly. The delay in delivery of the item and not updating the details has caused inconvenience.

I had parceled my prestige induction along with my books from my campus, nit silchar to my home at new delhi. The consignment was completely opened up and the box was put inside a plastic bag. After i opened it up, i saw the induction missing from the bag and the theif had replaced it with my jacket which i had also sent. Even the warranty card was missing from the box. The induction cookware was sent with it's native packaging and was brand new, so the packaging couldn't have been opened up due to travelling.
