My percel return ed back to Chennai. 03 April. track show that Kolkata foreign LCAO incert into bag(otb)c. Chennai airport sorting office. My percel number RY[protected]SG. I bought this 25th January. Dharmatala so attempted delivery. But I was on leave. I went to the post office and saw the percel.but they refused to give it as they have already returned it to the RMS Kolkata. please help me sir

I sent 6 boxes of parcel via the DHL-Germany (24th April 2019) service to be delivered to a Noida Address of my In-Laws. All were perfectly packed boxes containing used stuff which were being transferred to India as part of me moving back to India after 12 years of NRI life. They charged 100EURO/box. I have already received 5 of the boxes and carried it myself home from the post office. All of them completely damaged with most of my books,...

The most pathetic service ever. My four shipments are stuck in kolkata foreign lcao since[protected]. No update whatsoever after that. No movement. No response from india post twitter handle or any officials of west bengal postal department.
Pathetic. Atleast a response would have been highly appreciated.
Shame.
I know they have immense workload as this being a festive season and there will be huge parcels load but a offical online response would have been a great placebo effect atleast. I thought of getting my parcels on the occasion of Ramzan but thanks to kolkata foreign lcao, this happiness will not be fullfilled.
No update since 8 days is too much. What kind of service is this. Its 2019, not the 90s.

I request you to help me get my wife's voter identity card.My name is Mohit Mishra. And I applied for online voter ID. The voter ID was prepared on March 23, 2019 and I got the number of voter ID card, which is NSF3694866, but so far postman Pradeep, who is from Post Office Karwal Nagar, speaks that I have not received the voter identitiy card.

When my father went to the election office, the officer said that on March 29, 2019, the voter's identity card has passed from here. Ask your postman. When I asked the postman, then postman Pradeep ji says that you have to issue a duplicate voter identity card. I have received a number from the ID card office, which is called the ED number.

I Shashi Shekhar Sharma from village Bakraur, police station Bodhgaya, district Gaya, 824231, Bihar, recently got a call from the postman regarding my pan card.
A postman named 'Ishwar' living in Bakraur village denied to deliver my pan card on the mentioned Permanent address. Since I was out of City so I told my younger brother to go to him and collect my pan card but postman refused to give him my pan card and he again called me and told me that I am not going to get my pan card without offering him kharcha pani(money). On this I told him that I am going to make a complaint against him. He told me"nothing will happen to me". His mob no. is [protected]. Going to complain against him on official website of India post also...Thanks.

I am Tanya Madra, staying in sector 23, Gurgaon. I am writing this to inform you that I have been not receiving my international parcels (6 parcels in total) from last 7 months. The branch which delivers the parcel in our area is Palam Vihar branch. Earlier there was no problem, but from the time our area postman had changed I am not getting my parcels. I had informed the same to the post office as well, but no action has been taken yet. I want you kindly look into the matter.

I as a Cancer patient is receiving an amount of Rs. 1000 every Month. But since last two months (i.e. April & May) I'm not receiving the same. Booking office Chengannur HO & Office of Payment Ala SO Alappuzha(689126) has succefully redirected the outstanding amount to the receiver Post Office Silvassa (396230).
But the Silvassa Post Office is not claiming that they have received any amount via Speed Post.

I am Bharath Curam and I sent a parcel to my son Arjun Curam residing in Milan, Italy via Speed post, India post. It was booked on 8th March 2019 and was supposed to reach in 2 weeks. Till today it has not reached, even though we have complained none responds to what has happened to the box. It has clothes and dry food items such as powders . I have gone many times to the post office but no response. Please help us to find and get the box back.

I have not received my parcel till now and it is stuck at DIMC from 21 may the tracking id is - RX[protected]DE. It is a very important parcel and DIMC and INDIA POST did not even bothered to update me about the status of the parcel and not even cared to get it delivered my contact details is mentioned.

I am L.R.Tharani resident of hosur, krishnagiri district, tamilnadu. As i lost my and my daughters H.Manushree pass book of post office before three months, struggling lot to get it back. I am trying in all possible ways, no way usefull... In office they asked me to get a complaint note from police station in station they said register a file in online. Please priovide me necessary info to get my pass books back.

इस लिए नही देगा । ये उसके बोल है, वो कोई भी डाक किसी की भी अपनी एक निश्चितं जगह पर ही देते है, इस कारण आधी डाक despatch ही नही होता वो बापस होती है
मुझे ओर मेरे परिवार को एटीएम न होने की बजह से 4 महीने परेशानी झेलनी पड़ी क्या यह सही है
क्या हम देश के लिए इन जैसे पोस्ट मास्टरों के लिए लड़ रहे है।

Ab aapse anurodh h ki manvata ke nate aap bhi socho ki 10 minat me koi daak le sakta h kya . Bina suchit kiye atm return karna galat h.
Jb post office gya to koi respect javaab nhi mila or bahas shuru kr di . Ye sab man maani kr rhe h . Inke liye bhi kuch niyam to h .

Have approached Branch Manager of Naraingarh to issue duplicate copy of passbook however he resist to do so without having FIR . I’m not able to understand the logic behind it, it is just a transaction copy . Public sector banks make us roam round n round n exhaust . Where is digitalisation, it starts with public sector though private sectors are much knowledgeable and keen to support.

I L.R.Tharani w/o R Har Prasad lost my post office, pass books... I am from hosur tamilnadu. . My daughters n mine 2 books are missing.. Its been last 3 months im struggling to get my pass books back... Please provide necessary information to get it back...

As i referred the post office and explained them about my lost of pass books. One of the madam in post office explained me to file a case in online to get back my lost pass books.

Please let me have necessary information like how to get pass books please... Its already been 4 or 5 months i need to deposit in my daughters account monthly.. I am worried lot.
