A important things, a cheque book, was send from west bengal, bankura, lakshmisagar post office to dighi camp, so, pune, maharastra on 22/07/2017. But last 6 days same status was seen by india post that is the item is dispatched from kharagpur rms, nsh on 24/07/2019. This is an emergency delivery to pune to my brother who works in indian army. Now it is a great trouble to me. So i complain about this

      My letter issue from RTO ( RC book) and it's dispatch to correspondence address, but the post man of my area is not delivered this letter to me and send the status to RTO office the documents is delivered. After enquiry in RTO office I got delivered item code number, then I call to post man and told about my documents, then he say me send ur signature on whatapp, and after some time he signed my duplicate signature on receive paper and send on my whatapp. And telling I received documents from post office

        I had a parcel for me coming from Aliexpress.com via Singapore Post with tracking number - RB[protected]S. I'm residing in Wakad, Pune(411057). I got a notification saying parcel is out for delivery on 26 July 2019(Friday) . Later when I tracked at night when no postman came, it said since Addressee was not there item is on hold. I was at home all day, also checked with society security guard but no postman came for my address. I came customer care and they told me to collect the parcel from Hinjewadi Post office on 29 July (Monday). When I went to the office today the responsible postman - Akshay More, searched for the parcel all around, couldn't find it and sent it was sent back since I was not at home which is a lie. I want strict action to be taken against this postman for not doing his duty properly and lying to customers with a rude behaviour.

                    Hi,
                    My package which is a small electronic gimbal for smartphones got stuck at mumbai foreign post office (Custom hold), and the tracking number for this parcel is "rb[protected]sg". I bought this from aliexpress website, and the international parcels usually will reach in 10-15 days. But i ordered this on july 10th 2019, but it got stuck at mumbai customs with the reason "retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason". Now don't know the parcel state. And me (Or) the aliexpress did not received the package.

                    I ordered a foreign powder based energy drink named gfuel. Reminiscent to local fruit flavoured drink powders. It has been stuck at customs for about 20 days. It was shown to be at customs hold on 19th June but the the date updated to about 29th june and I still haven't gotten any updates. Kindly provide me updates regarding my parcel and deliver it to me as soon as possible.

                      Sir when i go to post office hatia nift 834003 for my payment of kisan vikash patra on 20/07/2019 post master told me that ur fd not showing in my computer system u have to to submit a application with xerox copy i have submitted on 20/07/2019 now i today call to my post office they reply me that it is still pending. What is this for getting of my payment i have to wait for one month. Government convert every post office like a bank but post office give worse service.in bank payment come within a minute but post office take 30 days.                           Dear sir/ ma'am
                          With due respect, i would like to inform you that there is a parcel of mine from the asian institute of technology, thailand which contains very important documents for my career and higher studies. The consignment number for the parcel is ee[protected]th. As the deadline is approaching for the application of my higher studies, i need those documents within two days. It is very urgent. I have been tracking the parcel since day 1 and expected it to be delivered by this week. But it seems the parcel has not been dispatched yet from the nsh kolkata.
                          Therefore, i request you to process my parcel as soon as possible or else my career and higher studies will be affected negatively.
                          It's a humble request to the authority to do the needful and deliver my parcel as soon as possible (By this weekend). I will be grateful to you.
                          Recently i sent a mail regarding the inconvenience to the respective authority bearing the email id (Nsh. [protected]@indiapost.gov.in) but had not got any response yet.

                          I had dispatch parcel from gaddinaram dilshuknagar to financial district, nanakaram guda I send it through speed post .they said it will reach with in 2days status is showing out for delivery on 23/7/19 but customer didn't receive product till now

                            My areas postman (सुधीर) behaviour is not good it is very very bad he is not deserve public dealing पोस्ट मैंन सुधीर के हिसाब से सरकारी नौकरी मिलने का मतलब है आराम करना और किसी को कुछ भी बोल देना मेरा लेटर इसके पास 2 दिन से आया हुआ है लेकिन यह मेरा लेटर मेरे घर आज तक डिलीवर नहीं कया। मैं लेटर लेने के लिए पोस्ट ऑफिस गया जहां इसने मुझसे बहुत बदतमीजी से बात किया सुधीर पोस्टमैन ने मुझे कहा की मेरी मर्जिंग होगी तब दूंगा तु जा अपने घर और बहस करने लगा मेरा इंडियन पोस्ट कमेटी से बस एक ही गुजारिश है की वह पोस्टमैन सुधीर के ऊपर सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई करें और उसको यह भी सिखाए की पब्लिक डीलिंग कैसे की जाति है ।

                                Today I had a post delivery from RTO. So the post man denied coming home from delivery and told that he is returning the parcel to source. Then he came again and started telling me I should be grate full of him that he is delivering and he didnt even deliber at my house he asked me to come at my buildings enterance. Even after that he started asking for bribe. When I told him I am already paying delivery charges to post he said that from now he will be returning my posts and I have to pay charges.
                                Hats Off Indian Post what great service are you providing.

                                I need an apology from department and a serious action against the respective postman, even though the postman denied providing full name.

Jisse ki hm log india post ki taraf se rukh mod rhe hai. Abhi inhine hmare 2 parcel return kiye hai aur ek parcel 12.07.2019 se post office mai hi padaa hai. Jiski suchna mujhe post office ke clerk dwara di gyi. Postman se reason puchhne par postman dwara kahaa gya ki wah kisi dalit ya chhoti jaati ke wha post deliver nhi krne jayenge. Mahoday se anurodh hai ki postman ko kaaran btao notice jari kiya jaay aur hmara courrier samay par pahuchaye esa sunishit kiya jaye.

                                        I posted 1 parcel on 8th july from poland (łodz) to india (Agra) in that it’s my mother documents which needs to submit to poland embassy new delhi on 24th july
