India Post — Please Locate And Return My Package | |
I booked a consignment on 5th January 2021 for Delhi. Due to some reason, the package could not be delivered at the designated address and was marked as returned on the tracking portal. Ever since, the package has not been delivered back to me and has been moving back and forth between Delhi and Varanasi post offices. I tried contacting them via email and phone number but there have been no replies as is expected of govt. firms. They simply don't care. Some of the tracking details between 17/1/2021 and 21/1/2021 have even been cleared from the tracking portal either due to technical glitch or deliberately. I had provided complete to-and-from addresses on both sides of the package but for some reason the tracking portal shows incomplete address on one instance. The contents of the package are very important to me and I either want it sent back to me or to be re-delivered. If the consignment is in Varanasi, I want the exact location and I am ready to collect it on my own. If the package is misplaced, I will hold India Post fully responsible for the mishap.
