India Post — post delivered to the wrong address

Amravati, Maharashtra, 444606

I had ordered a book from buytestseries.com.
The tracking link shows the book has been delivered on 16th april, 2019 at 15.56 hours.
But i haven't received the book.
The address given is correct, & i was available at the address during those hours.
Supposedly the book has been delivered to some other address.
It's highly important & urgent that i receive the book as soon as possible.
Please help me out immediately as soon as possible.
