India Post — Postman asks for bribe

Address:My post office is- Kachhawan B.O., Dobhi ,Jaunpur, Uttar pradesh

The postman himself does not deliver letters and posts instead he has appointed a man to do all this and whenever he delivers any post he asks for bribe.
