India Post — ppf account 2 entries missing in their ledger

Dear sir
My name is jai shankar i. V

My ppf number is[protected] old number
My ppf number is [protected] new number
Post office umesh nagar dombivli west

This above account of my is settled for rs 50233
According to books in my pass book shows 52000 + interest

My ppf passbook is updated always

Now they say two entries date 3/2/05 of rs 1000 is missing in there ledger
Second entry date 18/1/06 date rs 1000 is missing in there ledger

But in my passbook both entries are there with your postal seal
I have been paid rs 2000 less + the interest duly pending to me
