India Post — product stuck at kolkata ap nsh

A medical item booked from Thygaryanagar H.O (600017) on 25th of April 2020 to be delivered at Sarsoona S.O through speed post.

It reached Kolkata AP NSH on 29th of April 2020 and then bagged and dispatched on 30th of April 2020.Its been roughly a week and there is no further update on article.
Inquired customer support personnel on toll free number [protected].
According to them article is currently at airport and Sarsoona S.O which is not functioning at present and they gave a number of nodal delivery officer Surujit Deshpandey([protected]) which is switched off.
There is medicine in the parcel so it's important.
