India Post — rd maturity money transfer

My Post office RD is complete. Neither they are giving draft nor opening saving account to transfer the money.

The agent had opened my RD account in Sector 18. Faridabad. I live in Sector 29. Neither post office opening my saving account to transfer the money.

The Post office staff misguiding and harressing from last two weeks and not opening a new saving account in Sec 29 Post office.
Every time either they will say system is not working or come next week.
Then next week asked to come after three days. After three days they will say your account will not open because your RD account is in different branch.
After some argument they agreed to open the account. But they are asking the CIS no. I have given him the pass book and RD account no. Then he said youhave to bring the CIS no.from the sec 18 post office branch. They can check all the information in the system when I am giving the account details still they're harressing. They had already checked the form multiple times but never asked theses details before. This system is not good.
