I am RK Sweta from Madurai. Consignment number -CT[protected]N.I sent dresses, soaps, and masala powder of 14 kilograms on 15.10.202to Australia. Still, they didn't receive the parcel. I tracked my parcel through the consignment number, it shows custom hold retained by border agency for a month. still, there is no update on my status. Please look into my request.

I’m Rohit Poojari I have send some musical instrument from USA when I called USPS the told me the customs is been cleared because I have already cleared the customs paperwork in USA while sending it to India it’s always a hassle to package from abroad to you’re family when this will end and our loved can get our package delivered
