India Post — regarding delivery service

Sir in month of october i had to receive my cheque through courier and some other things also from the organisation i am working. Now when i check tracking id the delivery date was on 23/oct/17 but i didn't receive any courier on that day and when i personally went to office and asked them why didn't you do delivery on time?
And moreover the parcel which i personally received was only my certain but the cheque was not in the courier which should be in there but they are telling me that we didn't get any cheque
Even after on tracking id it is showing delivered
Sir please look after this case and fix it
Its been a month
I have complaints so many time in there office but i didn't get any response
Please fix it
