India Post — registered documents from singapore to new delhi stuck at dimc new delhi since 30th december 2019.

Dear india post

I had sent registered post rc[protected]sg from singapore to india on 24th december. My post stuck at dimc 110002 office from 30th december very long and undelivered so far. I have some urgent documents that recipient is looking to receive due to immigration purpose. Kindly expedite the delivery!!! Urgently need attention on this matter.

Sir india post is showing consignment no-JA[protected]IN is delivered.But it reached it right address.Want it to be delivered at registered address.Please solve my issue.The concerned authorities are requested.

Didn't reached right address.
My parcel was dispatched through india post on 20 Dec 2019.On 25 dec it dispatch from Kolkata RMS but still on 15 Jan 2020 I don't recieve my parcel..the status is still showing that item dispatched from kolkata RMS.
