India Post — Registered post not delivered and the information is missing from post office

We have sent registered post to Pune Model colony post office the item was booked on 5 May 2017 till now the article is not delivered and model colony post office Pune officials are telling that article is not present in the bag received from RMS Pune. Its very funny and till now the action is not taken on this issue.
