[Resolved] India Post — registered post tracking not updating | |
Tracking no: rb[protected]sg I ordered a product from aliexpress.com, item is sent through india post on 10/12/2019, but from 14/12/2019 tracking details of the registered post is not yet updated and product is not delivered. Please look into this and solve issue as soon as possible. My previous orders with india post are delivered within 1 week, but it is taking too long time. Jan 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved On 18/01/2020 i received my package, it took 45 days for a registered parcel, india post should update there policies India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

My SBI ATM card is sent through india post on 07/07/2022, but from 11/07/2022 tracking details of the registered post is not yet updated after indore NSH and product is not delivered. What i can see is that from 11 August 2020 the status is showing that it is with Mumbai Airport Sorting Office most of the times. But sometimes it is showing that it has been despatched from Mumbai Airport Sorting Office to Kolkata Foreign LCAO.
I am completely confused where the consignment is and what is the correct status, whether it is still with Mumbai or sent to Kolkata already.
