India Post — Request: Need to activate IPPB mobile app

Hi Team,
In the past six months, I have been attempting to activate the IPPB mobile app at the Pullambadi Post Office in my vicinity. However, every time I inquire about it with the postman or staff, they inform me that the device is not operational and suggest that I check with another post office location. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response thus far.

It is currently challenging for me to pay my regular RD at the post office as I am working in a different location and cannot visit my usual post office. Therefore, I am faced with the task of searching for a new post office to make my payment.
