India Post — retained by border agency/security for u - india post | |||
I had ordered a spoiler for my car a few days back from ali express which was received in india on 16th of december but it shows that it been retained by customs. The tracking number is cp[protected]cn. Please help me getting the shipment cleared the item is stuck in foreign exchange post office chennai branch. I have been trying to get in touch with the office but no reply. I even sent a person to get the issue resolved but no response. So request you to look into the matter and update me. Hi my Shipmemt with tracking no. CH[protected]US is held at Chennai Customs. Showing remarks as "RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U". Its been 10days held at customs. May I know what is happening? They are just clothes. Do I need to do anything from myside?

Even i am facing a similar issue i only ordered a digital tachometer and it said "RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U" and then it went to custom returns department.

While i send box parcel from Qatar to My house chennai, qatar post booking center said 7 to 10days delivery but even after 11th day now no delivery happened. The status im EMS post says RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U. Not sure what they do without clearance and delivery to the destination. The box stuck from 27Apr In Chennai INMAACED without any further movement. Please deliver parcel urgently.

They are blood sucking fools. They just screw up with customs duty even though you just sent it to your house. Mad fellows sucks other bloods
They just smell what it is inside and loot it don't send anything through EMS, Speed Post to India. Even if you send it to your home from abroad countries they just smell from our blood and ask you to pay customs fee.
Don' t send any parcels through EMS. Total waste!!! i just sent used clothes, and personal things which has got retained. May be bloody fools asked to pay import fee for used things. Dont ever send anything through EMS to india any parcels. Already spent 6000 equivalant rupees for sending things to my home town still mad customs fellows asking to pay customs fee for my used underwear. no ethical thinking and just robots
If you want pension life long work hard... dont suck poor fellows blood by imposing non sense customs duty for just used parcels sent to home. advertise all things are customs duty... non sense

My parcel reached RX[protected]DE has been stuck in customs since 27/12/21. And it has been showing retained by border agency/ security for you since 4/01/22 No one has any information on it? Where is my parcel? And when on earth will I recieve it? This is so concerning for me as it's very expensive. Please help me out.
