India Post — retention

My parcel with tracking id rb[protected]sg is stuck from 17th with the status "retention reason : awaiting presentation to customs commissioner". It is a very important parcel and i want it very urgently as it is a display unit of a mobile device which got broken. I cannot use my mobile without it and nowadays you cannot live without a mobile phone. Hope you will understand my problem and help me in releasing it soon. Thank you.

Sir I am Keerthi I sent a speed post to the secretary selection committe arumbakkam chennai-600106 the post was delivered but the acknowledgement card was not received by me
