India Post — Rude behaviour of post office Employees

Address:Pune, Maharashtra, 411004

Dear Sir/Madam

The behaviour of the post office employees are really rude. They do not talk properly and treat customers which is not acceptable.

Their way of communication is really hurting and the they use toxic words while arguing. They dont have respect for elders too.

This is really bad to know this is how customers are handled by govt employees.

With due respect to the concerned department I would like to state that some Indian post employees are extremely rude and need to be disciplined. They way they handle customers/general public is very rude and totally unprofessional. There’s a way to deal with people be it at office or elsewhere, they act like they own the customers and verbally make fun of them over silly mistakes and won’t even reply to simply quarries. It’s a shame not just for that rude employee but for the entire department. A government servant working to serve the public should know what his/her duties are “To Serve”
Person at counter out and out reject the package when told them i have been sending them for long and stationary item doesn't even come under banned items.

i requested for manager this not interested in working staff arrogantly replies there is no manager here now...

they are such a rude arrogant staff, , who will go an extent of ganging up together and challenging customer that do whatever or complain wherever as no body can take any action on them.

having 2 months leaves plus national holidays in a year, fetching salary all on tax payers money then hardly working, , let customer complain at any level but nothing will really happen, , i mean there is total lack of authority on this kind of attitude mindset and zero accountability toward customers, , it seems are we looking at another future fallout like PSU banks, BSNL, MTNL or AIR INDIA!!

This disgusting PSU employee mindset is one of the reason why in 74 years of independence, , India is still a 3rd world nation!!
Dear Sir/Madam

The behaviour of the post office employee Mr. Rambabu from sub post office salur vizianagaram Andhrapradesh 535591 is really rude. He doesn't talk properly and treat customers which is not acceptable.

The way of communication is really hurting and he uses toxic words while arguing. He dont have respect for ladies particularly the words he used are too worst even his higher authority who's presence in Post office supported rambabu with his words and made single me(lady) ashamed with their actions .

Here I'm sharing picture of rambabu who used toxic words.

This is really bad to know this is how customers are handled by govt employees.
