India Post — send item abroad (edi-received)

I had ordered a hardware prototype board of value less than 20 dollars from us. It was shipped by usps from usa. The consignment number is uc[protected]us, and now the status is showing "send item abroad (Edi-received)" in india post tracking consignment page,

It has been shipped on 21st june, 2019 and today it is 03 july, 2019 and still i don't have any information if my shipment has been lost or held, where and where. Atleast, please provide some status on my shipment, if it has been dispatched to my address or if not, kindly suggest the contact details of the person/office with whom i should get in touch with.

I think, i may have to pay bribe money to delhi foreign post office for clearing off even small value items, wonder what will be the fate of bigger items wherein customs will be bribing huge sums under the table.
