India Post — shipment not delivered

My consignment number rv[protected]cn coming from china is still undelivered.
I really need it urgently but no response given by india post.
Currently it is being shown as dispatched but still i have not received it yet.
Did not expected this service from india post. Pathetic experience.
Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.
I need it urgently.
