India Post — slow delivery of indian post across the country

Hi sir/mam,

Whomsoever it may concern, i want to highlight that i am small online seller and for delivery i sole depends on the india post. However, india post employees not working properly and they are not delivery or delivering late to the destination. Several article lost as well. Speed post service is not working in the proficient manner. I am filling a complain and no one is working on those complaint.

I am very frustrated and i wrote mail to ministry well nothing happened. Things getting worse. Kindly take an action otherwise we will be lost.
