[Resolved]  India Post — speed parcel lying in delivery so for 20 days and not delivered. it was never under lockdown area in the last 20 days

Dear sir/mam,

Booking date 19-06-20

Request plz update status. Parcel is lying in the delivery so from june 22 - komarapalayam coimbatore so. Its more than 20 days sitting in delivery so. Wrongly updated as door locked. I have sent others parcels to same address after this one and they have been delivered.

I'm am following up for this for 2 weeks on twitter also now, but no response at all. There is no lock down in that area but still not delivering.

I do all my business deliveries with india post and i'm getting bad name and customer is giving bad reviews on me in social media and my business is getting spoiled.

Updated by I Craft Wow : Shuba Reddy Plz see the tracking image attached. the parcel was in komarapalayam coimbarore SO and now it showing it is in transit in Ahamedabad. Indiapost servers tracking is totally messed up. i am not able to explain anything my customers are asking with weird tracking updates. how many times was the same shipping bar code printed!!!

All the below tracking ID i have couriered. the customers have not got the parcel but now again movement is showing to completely different locations!!!

completely messed up my name with my customers and no one from India post is giveing any proper response.
