India Post — Speed post cannot be tracked

I had booked a speed post from Bongaigaon S.O to Rourkela 8 S.O on 03/06/2021 but it has not reached the location till now.
The last time tracking result showed the location as Rourkela RMS TMO after that when I tried to track it showed "Consignment details not found
".
It is a urgent delivery, kindly look into the matter. Consignment number-ES[protected]IN.
