India Post — speed post cover not delivered

I have send a speed post on dt.17/08/2018 from ahmedabad to bhatinda cantt, till today on dt.23/08/2018 (07days) it is not delivered. Tracking consignment option is showing the following

My consignment no is eg[protected]in, their is no update after cover reached new delhi rs tmo on dt.18/08/2018
