Sir, my passport dispatched on 19/07/2019 from patna rms bpc. It reached mirganj sub office on 22/07/19. Status changed on 24/07/2019 showing "dispatched to bo". Today on 29/07/2019 the status is same. I have visited my local post office manjhagarh (841427) where it was to be delivered as well as mirganj post office they both are not talking positively and not taking responsibility. Please help me. Aug 11, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I filed grievance on public grievance portal of India then they started investigation and article was received within 10 days after registering grievance. India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 31, 2019 Updated by Deenbandhu Kumar Sir, Today again I visited Mirganj SO (841438) But non of the employee are behaving good even manager told didn't talk to me properly. Sir my item dispatched on 15aug 2021from Manipal Bpc and currently it is showing dispatched to Bo from laharighat So on 30aug 2021 but i have not got my item in my village bo office they are not talking properly please kindly look after it sir its very urgent..
