India Post — speed post letter not received

Dear sir/medam,
1. My speed post letter no eo[protected]in dated 09 oct 18 forwarded through post office chatrapur (Pin-761020) to records the assam regiment, happy valley, shillong-793007 (Meghalaya). Whereas the same send to nsh 1 cbpo by our above post office and the same received at 11 oct 18.
2. Nsh 1 cbpo forwarded the same speed post article to nsh 2 cbpo on 12 oct 18 and received by nsh 2 cbpo on 18 oct 18 but till date the same speed post article at 2 cbpo as per indian post tracking.
3. Please send the above speed post article to the following address and the same address is also mentioned in covering letter :-
