India Post — Speed post not delivered and tracking status is Rudrapur ICH

My speed post no. is JB[protected]IN is showing current status is in Rudrapur ICH is bagged from 14aug2021but not dispatched from to the IS BAGGED FROM 14 AUG 21 BUT NOT DISPATCH FROM TO THE Haldwani at my location.

I have complained in post office online and my complaint no. is
[protected] So pls consider and resolve the issue on top most priority.
