[Resolved]  India Post — Speed post not delivered for Insufficient address

I'm waiting for my speed post with tracking ID EL[protected]IN to be delivered to me since the last three days. It is being sent from one office to another with the remark "insufficient address".

I called up their customer service the same day and was assured that it will be delivered on the next working day, but three days have passed since then. I called them up again and am still being asked to wait for delivery.

I received another speed post which had the same exact address recently without any "insufficient address" issue. The address is enough and sufficient for delivery with my flat, apartment, road, landmark and pin code correctly provided. The package also has my contact number and the only detail missing is Sector 77. I tried to find the post office contact details to sort this matter, but the number available online is said to be incorrect. I had no other option but to seek help here.

The item is perishable and needs to be delivered asap. Please help me with the delivery of the said item.
