India Post — speed post not delivered not tracking

Dear sir i send a speed post on dated 5/9/2019 from dharuhera post office, designated to kolkata but still this is not delevered. While i am tracking online it's showing details only to gurgaon nsh.
Consignment no is (Eh[protected]in)
Please help
I am also attaching the pic of slip given during the post by post office.
I also booked complain on the site of india post but after 40 days of complain still no response from there
