India Post — Speed post not received yet the tracking status says it has been delivered

Address:Mumbai

I sent a parcel from Mumbai to Pune, through speed post from Mumbai GPO on 21st September 2023, with consignment number EM[protected]IN. I have not received the parcel yet. Upon tracking, it shows the parcel has been delivered, but there is no detail of the address.
Please look into the matter and deliver my parcel soon. It is important.
