India Post — Speed post not traceable

I booked my speed post on 28/09/2021 and by my experience it should’ve gotten delivered by 3-4/10/2021 maximum but today it’s 15/10/2021 and it’s still not delivered .I have my very very important documents in the speed post. They did a very childish thing with me they took my speed post from my home town till delhi and then to the pin code I wanted it to be delivered then they shifted it to another PO and from there to another they did this for 12 long days and then shipped the consignment back to me I tried getting it but the PO officials didn’t listen to me and dispatched it again now my consignment is not traceable since 3 days it just says DELHI RS TMO item dispatched its not traceable .Please help I have my very important documents in there .
