The parcel was booked in Lucknow GPO on 16-oct-2020 for Chirimiri Colly SO (PIN 497449). It was dispatched but stuck in Bilaspur Rs Tmo. The status has not changed/updated since that date. It has been 12 days now. I really need for the parcel to be delivered. I understand that there are delays due to Covid-19. So can I at least know if this delivery is still in process or if the parcel is lost? Plz inform me...

My parcel also stuck in Bilaspur. The parcel was booked on 17 May from Ahmadabad to Sitapur 497111... And I should say services are not good at all. Because in India courier must take 10 days to deliver. Therefore, let me know the further process when the parcels are arriving.
