Hi,

I ordered a fitness band from international shopping site. The shipment was sent to india on Jan 25th. However it is stuck in customs with the reason : Retention Reason : Retained by customs for unspecified reason

Tracking # EH[protected]SG

What is to be done ? The product cost is just ~ 40 USD and is a small packet too.

I want the product to be delivered before 1st. As it was supposed to be a gift for someone.

My son residing at Toronto Canada has sent one registered post on 3/01/2018
It contains invitation letter and sponsor documents.
Tracking status shows that item has reached at Sub Foreign Post Office Ahmedabad on 17/01/2018.
We live in Memnagar. So till date the, my registered post has not been received.

Hello,

The indian postal didn't deliver the parcel till now and I have registered a complaint online through their website on Jan 17th and there is no response from them and it is still showing in pending status. The indian postal service is pathetic.

I have send a registered post from Austria to Gurgaon . The online tracking status of Indian Post is same from last 5 days My Tracking number ”RO[protected]AT” . Tried calling customer care no help .What should I do to get my parcel asap? . The letter was send on[protected] .
