India Post — speed post tracking information is not updated since the item booking day | |
Respected sir /madam My speed post item was dispatched on 28/05/19 at 11.13am from bidhan nagar ib market so. The tracking details was provided that the item is booked. After that there is no further information about the item. I am not able to know about the current status of the item. The whole purpose of tracking details is failed if it is not updated regularly. The delay in delivery of the item and not updating the details has caused inconvenience. Kindly look into the matter.
