India Post — speedpost received at new delhi rs tmo on 14/09/2018, no update after that

My speed post dated 13/09/2018 with consignment no eu[protected]in is stuck at new delhi rs tmo since 14/09/2018. Today is 18/09/2018 and it has still not been delivered. The item was booked at maharshi nagar so and it has to be delivered in ludhiana. How much more time will it take for the item to reach ludhiana or has it been lost in transit. 3 sarees booked in india post at vijayawada with 1830 grams weight but 2 sarees delivered to hyderabad wth 1240 gms.1 saree missed in transit. Pls pay the compensation amt for missing saree.

The post tracking system is showing the parcel received by New Delhi tmo rs having verification documents of 10, 12th DMC .now it is showing information till 6th September .so please resolve our problem.
