India Post — state bank atm parcel not delivered

We are not resived in my parcel.

Do not deliverid by speed post. And returned by parcel we are unable to my home in 3to4 days we are not received any phone call in your employee. We are not able to please one phone call me. And my address given also same on bank.
Plz re send my parcel
