India Post — Status on the consignment!!

My consignment number is CR[protected]IN
There was an order from Jaipur to Chennai. I can see it has been Booked and Bagged on 22nd July 2020, after that no update in the tracking.
Its been already 10 days now no update on the delivery.
Please look into it and resolve the issue
