India Post — Stuff is lost by india post

I have sent some stuff i.e. bedsheet & Quilt to my friend in Michigan, USA from Kota, Rajasthan.
I sent in 1st week of March and today is last week of April. It is almost 2 months but I have no clue/report about my stuff. I have been chasing India post customer care but they are unable to give me a positive feedback.

Request to kindly register my complain & take necessary action pls.
