This is Prof. Dr. Dheeraj K. Singh. I have opened an account for my daughter Ms. Drishti Singh and the account was offline with account no. 1310111, after few months the post office went online and account number provided was [protected] and I started depositing in this account. After few months we came to know that this account belongs to some other person. This mistake was happened by post office during the entry of online system. My daughters account is not migrated online. I have contacted many times to post office for the SOLVED TH ISSUES, . I have provided him all the details of proofs, affidavit etc. regarding the corrections. However, it is not corrected so far. It has been now 1.6 years. Due to this I am not able to pay the monthly deposit and losing the interest rate for the period.
