I opened saving account and MIS account at 530007 muralinagar, vishakapatnam, a.p.My application Vicharapu Simha Praveen.I submitted all proofs.the post master mistakenly entered my sur name as S instead of V.when i approached the post master she manually changed my surname in my passbooks.in the system they are not changed.please make to change my surname in both accounts. I am unable to withdraw funds from my account.
