India Post — The item I ordered has been dispatched from MA HAZARIBAGH ROAD RMS TMO 13 days ago but no updates after that

Sir i had ordered an item which was booked on 09/02/2021 at ranchi gpo and had to be delivered at tanda SO chatra. The consignment has last update of 11 feb in which it's showing that the item has been dispatched from MA HAZARIBAGH ROAD RMS TMO to about 04:29 but no updates after that today is 24th and it has been 13 days I had contacted my local post office regarding the item but they haven't received it yet.
