India Post — The order is still not deliverd

Good morning! I'm experiencing an issue with a parcel (tracking ID: CR[protected]IN) that was dispatched from Jodhpur on August 24th and supposedly reached Beniganj on August 30th. However, as of today (September 4th), the parcel's status still shows it's in Beniganj, and it hasn't been delivered to my location (241302). I've contacted both the Beniganj post office and the post office near my location, but they seem to have conflicting information. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?"
