India Post — they didn't deliver my package

Rf[protected]sg this is my tracking number. I ordered a item from ali express. Everything was fine, i was getting notification where my package is but when is reached to bangalore customs, i didn't even get a single notification. The item is stuck there from 2 months. I kept waiting but i didn't get my item. Now what should i do? I have already paid for this item. I contacted ali express they told contact your post office, i contacted to nearest post office. They told me that item is stuck with custom. They gave me a number which never worked. I request to deliver my item as fast as possible
