Track no: rf[protected]sg. Sir, i have got an empty parcel today with a dummy phone. I have paid rs/-5500 customs charges. When i opened the parcel infront of the post office person. I have got a dummy phone inside the parcel & the parcel was totally packed with plaster's. The mobile cost which i have purshased from online is rs/-15k. [due to insufficent fund's i was not able to pay the custom charges at that first time]. After receiveing today when i pay the amount & opened the parcel infront of post man. I found the white dummy mobile. I contacted my post man to take complaint but he denied & told me to complaint in online. I reuquest india post to pay the mobile amount of rs/15, 000. Becuase the mobile was lost in tranist only becuase of india post. So, post is responsible for it & take the action.
