India Post — Tracking ID showing item delivery confirmed but not received parcel yet.

I was about to receive A parcel with tracking number( parcel name- Debatosh goswami)

The tracking details shows "item delivery confirmed"..but i haven't received any parcel yet.
The message from post office showed the item was delivered by pradip paul (beat:B37) on 16 th August..but i didn't receive any parcel .
Pls resolve my issue I shall be greatly obliged as the item costs a lot.
