India Post — Tracking of Article. Status is same since 1 month.

I sent my transcript to Canada WES.
My article is in same status for past 1 month in IND POST tracking portal. It is showing "item bagged" in chennai airport sorting office. Need to know the exact status of my article. I am bewildered whether the status is not getting updated properly or the article is still in chennai office. Due to this, my PR process is getting delayed. I request you to send me the exact details with respect to the article. My article no. Is RT[protected]IN.
