India Post — tracking showing retained by border agency/security for u

I ordered a graphics card worth ~ 3527 rs from aliexpress and the tracking id is rp[protected]cn and the india post tracking says retained by border agency/security for u on 21/12/2019 I have provided the tracking details with the tracking number in the image (Screenshot) below. Can someone please advise me what to do?. I live in pune and it will be difficult for me to physically go to mumbai, especially without knowing what the actual issue is. I have applied for a SBI ATM card .this item has been booked on dt. 15.11.2019 from Manipal BPC.The delivery location is Janla SO of KHORDHA Dist, Odisha.But the item is not still delivered at the targeted station .Kindly look into the matter.The consignment number is AQ[protected]IN.(screen shot attached for reference )
